Using a combination of hands-on techniques, such as joint mobilisation, muscle stretching, and manipulation, I work to improve your body’s function, ease discomfort, and support your overall health and wellbeing. Buccal Massage

This treatment is specifically designed to support those experiencing TMJ dysfunction, jaw clenching, facial tension, or postural strain manifesting in the face and head. It integrates structural and cranial osteopathy with myofascial release, intra-oral (buccal) massage, and lymphatic drainage.
Using gloved hands, gentle yet firm pressure is applied inside the mouth to release strain patterns in the deep musculature of the jaw and face. This supports improved circulation and lymphatic flow, helping to restore balance, function, and tone.

Telehealth Wellness Consultation

During your Telehealth osteopathic consultation, I’ll ask about your condition and your symptoms. You may be asked to perform a few movements, and based on this, I’ll provide advice, exercises, and self-treatment techniques. The consultation will be similar to an in-person appointment but without hands-on contact. I’ll guide you on managing your condition, recommend exercises and stretches, and suggest treatments like anti-inflammatories or heat/ice packs if needed. After the consultation, I’ll send you a summary of your diagnosis and recommendations.

For the session, you’ll need an email address, a device with a camera and microphone (like a computer, tablet, or smartphone), and an internet connection.
